• Your yacht is located in the heart of the yachting capital of the world, maximizing your visibility to both buyers and brokers.
• You pay no fee for dockage. (normally $1.25 per foot per day)
• Shore side services are billed at 50% of normal yard rates.
• We are a Hurricane Hole.
• Location in the Showroom provides an everyday Boat Show atmosphere.
• You will receive walk in traffic from buyers and brokers unlike sitting behind someone's house.
• Dockage is located undercover prolonging the life of paint and wax.
• Your showing never gets rained out since we are located undercover
• Our Free Dockage Program applies to powerboats only, with values of $400,000 and greater.
